"COILLE GRIANACH" is on the Calgary Bay road just outside Dervaig, one of the most picturesque villages in the Hebrides. It is a modern bungalow, built in 1979, fully equipped for 4 people and designed to offer the ideal minimum-maintenance, self-catering holiday home.

Dervaig is on the northern coast of Mull, at the head of Loch Cuin. It is eight miles from Tobermory, Mull's principal town, and twenty five miles from Craignure, from where the MacBrayne car ferries operate to Oban.

The bungalow is positioned in four acres of grass and shrub garden, with its own burn, set in woodland on a hillside looking towards Dervaig. It is a private, secluded spot, but not too lonely as there are nearby neighbours and access is up a well-made drive only 150 yards from the road.
