The house is accessed down a private tarmac road directly from the main road to the South of Tobermory (Baliscate). There is ample parking including a power point for electric car charging.
Walk round the side of the house to the front door, and enter the ground floor hall. The ground floor has wooden flooring with underfloor heating.
All bedrooms are accessed from here. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large en suite, and patio doors to the front with a sea view.
There is another double bedroom plus a twin room, with all bedrooms having mirrored wardrobes and ample storage space. Also on the ground floor is the generously sized main shower room. There is high speed wifi throughout the house.
Upstairs is a single large area, extending over 10 metres enjoying lots of natural light from the large windows. The kitchen is to the rear, with Neff cooker and induction hob, a dishwasher and washer drier. There is ample crockery, utensils and appliances for most cooking and dining needs. There is a small breakfast bar area.
The generous dining table sits 6 with ease.
The living area makes the most of the full height window with two large comfy sofas to relax in and watch the world go by. Perhaps you will spot sea eagles or deer, and you will definitely see the craft that sail up the Sound of Mull. There is a large smart TV to watch, plus plenty of books, jigsaws and games to keep you occupied. There is an electric log effect burner for an extra heat boost in chilly weather.
The house has a reasonable sized enclosed garden with a patio again making the most of the uninterrupted view.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
